Consultations are part of your order
At &you, consultations are included after you place your order, not before. This is because your consultation is already built into the cost of your treatment, and our doctors need your completed health questionnaire to prepare for your appointment.
Do remember that your plan includes unlimited consultation and are available 24/7 by logging into your account or reaching out to us! Our doctors are always online to answer your questions.
How it works
Complete the health questionnaire and if eligible, checkout your treatment plan
Book your consultation by logging into your account page or through the checkout Thank You page
Meet with your doctor by video call to discuss your health goals
If approved: Your prescription is processed and your medication is prepared
If not approved: You receive a full refund
Why we do it this way
This approach ensures that:
Your doctor has all your health information before the consultation
You're not charged separately for the consultation
You're fully refunded if the doctor determines treatment isn't right for you
What if I'm not approved?
If our doctor determines that treatment isn't suitable for you, you'll receive a full refund automatically. There's no risk, you only pay for medication you're approved to receive.
