Yes. If you want to speak with a doctor before committing to treatment, you have two options.
Option 1: Book an exploratory consultation
You can book a consultation before placing any order for a fee. This lets you ask questions, discuss your health goals, and find out if treatment is right for you.
If your doctor prescribes treatment and you decide to continue, the charge is 100% credited to your medication.
Please note: if you book but don't proceed with the consultation, the charge is refundable. After the consultation has been completed, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers the doctor's time and clinical assessment.
Option 2: Place your order (consultation included)
If you already know you want to start treatment, you can place your order directly. A consultation is already included, you don't pay the fee separately.
First, complete your health questionnaire and where you’ll be directed to the treatment plan best suited for you. Check out your treatment and then book your consultation after payment. Your medication is only prepared and shipped after your doctor approves your prescription.
If our doctor determines that treatment isn't suitable for you, you'll be refunded for your medication. You only pay for medication you're approved to receive.

If you're already on treatment and have the Care Plan, you have unlimited access to our doctors. Book a follow-up consultation anytime by logging into your account page. Our doctors are available 24/7.
