If you're having trouble booking a consultation, let's walk through a few things to check.
1. Have you placed an order?
Consultations are only available after you've placed an order. If you haven't ordered yet, you'll need to complete your purchase first. Once your order is placed and your health questionnaire is submitted, you'll receive an email with a link to book your consultation.
Haven't received the booking link? Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the email address you used to order is correct.
2. Are you logged in with the correct email?
Make sure you're logging in with the same email address you used to place your order. If you use a different email, the system won't recognize your purchase and you won't be able to book.
To check: Look at your order confirmation email—it will show which email address is linked to your order. Log in at www.andyou.ph/account using that email.
3. Do you already have a consultation scheduled?
You can only have one consultation booking at a time. If you've already scheduled a consultation, you'll need to cancel the existing booking before you can book a new one.
To cancel and reschedule:
Log in to your Account, and cancel your consultation there. You may also look for your consultation confirmation email
Click the cancellation link in that email to cancel your current booking
Once cancelled, you can book a new consultation time
This ensures fair access to appointments for all patients.
