This process is for new customers only. If you're already an &you patient, you can reorder directly from your account, no need to email us.
How it works for new customers
Send us your prescription. Email a clear photo or scan of your prescription to [email protected]. You can also message us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok @andyou.ph.
We'll review it. Our medical team will verify your prescription and reach out to confirm the details.
Place your order. Once verified, we'll help you complete your purchase. A consultation with one of our doctors is included in your package.
Decide on timing. You can book your consultation before or after receiving your medication, it's up to you. Just note that if you book a consultation, your order will be held until after the consultation is complete (see below for details).

If you've ordered from us before and completed a consultation with one of our doctors, you don't need to go through customer service to reorder.
Simply log into your account at andyou.ph and place your next order directly. Your prescription is already on file, so reordering takes just a few clicks.
Need a dosage adjustment or want to switch medications? Book a consultation through your account and your doctor will update your prescription.
Do I need to book a consultation?
A consultation is already included in your package, it's yours to use whenever you'd like. Since you have a valid prescription, it's completely up to you whether you want to speak with one of our doctors before starting.

Delivery timelines depend on your location, most Metro Manila orders arrive within 1-2 days, while provincial deliveries take 3-5 days.
What if my prescription is expired or unclear?
If we can't verify your prescription (beyond six months, illegible, or missing details), we'll let you know. We can schedule a quick consultation with one of our doctors to issue a new prescription, no need to go back to your original provider.
