Next steps based on outcome: prescription approved, lab tests required, or not approved

After your consultation, here's what to expect based on your doctor's decision:

If your prescription is approved

  1. Your order is processed within 24-48 hours

  2. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  3. Your medication arrives within 2-6 days depending on your location

  4. Dosing instructions are tailored to each patient, so it’s important to take note of your prescribed plan. If you need a refresher, you can reach out anytime, our doctors are available 24/7 to review your records and assist you.

Your prescription will also be available in your account within 24-48 hours of speaking with your doctor.

If lab tests are required

  1. Your doctor will inform you with specific tests needed

  2. Get tested at any accredited laboratory

  3. Share your lab tests in your next consultation in order for your doctor to review the results

If your prescription is not approved

If your doctor determines that treatment isn't appropriate for you, they'll explain why during the consultation. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
