When does processing start?
Your order is processed after your prescription is approved. Processing and treatment preparation typically takes 1–2 business days, then your order is handed by our pharmacy partner to a courier. We do not process any orders on Sundays.
For returning customers, your treatment is prepared and sent out immediately within 48 hours, unless you've requested a specific dispatch date or an upcoming doctor consultation (72 hours within order date).
Need your order dispatched on a specific date?
If you need your order held and dispatched on a particular date, let us know by emailing [email protected] or informing your doctor during your consultation.
Requests must be made on the same day as your order or during your consultation, we cannot accommodate requests after this window.
Please note we can only guarantee the date of dispatch from our pharmacy partner, not the delivery date. Refer to the estimated delivery timelines above to plan accordingly.
Once your treatment has been prepared and dispatched, we cannot accept returns or refunds for orders to be redelivered at a later date.
