How Do I Get a Prescription?

The prescription process from consultation to approval, and what happens if you're not approved.

All &you medications require a prescription from one of our licensed physicians. Here's the process:

Getting your prescription

  1. Complete the health questionnaire. Provide accurate information about your medical history, current medications, and health goals.

  2. Place your order. Select your treatment and complete payment.

  3. Attend your consultation. Meet with a licensed physician via Google Meet video call.

  4. Receive your prescription. If approved, your doctor will prescribe your medication and your order will ship. Your prescription will be available online in your account page within 24-48 hours.

How long does it take?

After your consultation, approved prescriptions are processed the same day. Your order typically ships within 1-2 business days.

What if I'm not approved?

If your doctor determines that treatment isn't right for you, they'll explain why during your consultation. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Approved, but don't see your prescription?

If your prescription isn't showing in your account, it may be because it's been more than one month since your last consultation. Our prescriptions are valid for one month only to ensure we can check in on your progress and confirm you're still on the proper dosing.

To get an updated prescription, book a follow-up consultation through your account page. Your doctor will review your progress and issue a new prescription.

If you believe your prescription should be available and it's been less than a month since your last consultation, message us on our socials or email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
