What If I Miss or Need to Change My Consultation?

If you missed your scheduled consultation, don't worry, you can reschedule through your account.

To reschedule your consultation

  1. Cancel your existing booking first. You'll be able to cancel your existing schedule on your Account Page under "Account" section. The cancellation link is also available in your consultation confirmation and reminder emails.

  2. Book a new consultation time that works for you.

Why do I need to cancel first?

We allow one consultation booking per patient at a time. This ensures fair access to appointment slots for all patients and prevents scheduling conflicts.

Important notes

  • Please cancel and reschedule as soon as you know you can't make your appointment

  • Check your consultation confirmation or reminder emails for the direct cancellation link

  • If you're having trouble rescheduling, email us at [email protected]

Running late?

If you're running a few minutes late, your doctor will wait for you. Join as soon as you can. If more than 15 minutes has passed, or you miss the window entirely, we encourage you to reschedule.
