To reschedule your consultation
Cancel your existing booking first. You'll be able to cancel your existing schedule on your Account Page under "Account" section. The cancellation link is also available in your consultation confirmation and reminder emails.
Book a new consultation time that works for you.
Why do I need to cancel first?
We allow one consultation booking per patient at a time. This ensures fair access to appointment slots for all patients and prevents scheduling conflicts.

Running late?
If you're running a few minutes late, your doctor will wait for you. Join as soon as you can. If more than 15 minutes has passed, or you miss the window entirely, we encourage you to reschedule.
