Your consultation is conducted via Google Meet video call. Here's how to join:

To join your consultation

  1. Log into your Account Page and view your schedule there under "Account" and click "Join Meeting". You may also check your email for the consultation link.

  2. Click the link at your scheduled time. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer.

  3. Allow microphone and camera access.

  4. Wait for your doctor to join.

    1. If no participant joins the consultation within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the doctor will leave the meeting, and your appointment will be marked as a no-show.

    2. If your doctor has not joined within 3 minutes, please contact us immediately.
