How it works
Complete checkout. After placing your order, you'll see the option to start a chat consultation.
Verify your identity. Before the chat begins, you'll need to complete a quick verification process:
Upload a valid government-issued ID
Complete face verification (a quick selfie to match your ID)
This keeps your consultation secure and ensures our doctors are speaking with the right person.
Chat with your doctor. Once verified, you'll be connected to a licensed physician who will review your information, ask follow-up questions, and determine if treatment is right for you.
That's it! No scheduling, no video, just a straightforward chat.
Who can use Chat with a Doctor?
This feature is only available for new customers completing their initial screening consultation. It's accessible directly from the checkout page and cannot be accessed through the account page.
What if I'm a returning customer?
If you're already an &you patient and need to speak with a doctor, you have a few options:

Returning customers don't need to go through the checkout page again. Just reach out or book a consultation directly from your account.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Your health information is personal. The ID and face verification process ensures that only you can access your consultation and medical records. It's a quick step that helps us keep your care secure.
I accidentally closed my chat consultation
If you were in the middle of a chat consultation and accidentally closed it, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll share the link to continue your conversation with the doctor. Please note this only applies to ongoing chat consultations that were interrupted, we cannot provide links for new consultations or follow-up consultations for returning customers.
