Your prescription should be available there for download
Don't see your prescription?
If your prescription isn't showing in your account, it may be because it's been more than one month since your last consultation. Our prescriptions are valid for one month only to ensure we can check in on your progress and confirm you're still on the proper dosing.
To get an updated prescription, book a follow-up consultation through your account page. Your doctor will review your progress and issue a new prescription.
If you believe your prescription should be available and it's been less than a month since your last consultation, message us on our socials or email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
