Check your email address
Your order is linked to the email address you used when you placed it. To see your order:
Go to www.andyou.ph/account
Make sure you're logging in with the exact email you used when ordering
If you have multiple email addresses, try each one

You used a different email when ordering (work vs personal)
There's a typo in one of the email addresses
You placed the order as a guest with a different email
