Why Can't I See My Order?

Troubleshooting when orders don't appear, usually caused by logging in with a different email than the one used to place the order.

If you've logged into your account but can't see your order, the most common reason is an email mismatch.

Check your email address

Your order is linked to the email address you used when you placed it. To see your order:

  1. Make sure you're logging in with the exact email you used when ordering

  2. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one

Common reasons for email mismatch

  • You used a different email when ordering (work vs personal)

  • There's a typo in one of the email addresses

  • You placed the order as a guest with a different email
