How Do I Access My Account?

Accessing your &you account is simple, no password needed. We use a secure one-time password (OTP) system sent to your email.

To log in:

2. Enter the email address you used when placing your order

3. Check your email for the OTP code we send you

4. Enter the code to access your account

What you can do in your account

  • View your order status and tracking information

  • Access your prescription

  • Reorder your medication

  • Schedule or manage consultations

  • Access your Consultation Link

OTP not arriving?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you're entering the same email you used for your order

  • Wait a few minutes—sometimes emails take a moment to arrive

  • Try requesting a new OTP
