If you need to change your delivery address, here's what you need to know.
If your order hasn't shipped yet
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with:
Your order number
Your new complete delivery address
Contact number for the new address
We'll update the address before your order is dispatched.
If your order has already shipped
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once your package is in transit with the courier. The address is locked in their system.
Your options:
Arrange to receive the package at the original address
If delivery fails, the package may be held at a courier branch for pickup
For future orders
When placing your next order or reordering, you'll have the opportunity to confirm or update your delivery address during checkout.
