The &you Care Plan is a membership that gives you ongoing support throughout your treatment. Every &you subscription automatically includes the Care Plan, and your first month is free. It's a separate service from your medication, designed to help you get the most out of your care.

Think of it like a membership programme: it covers the care around your treatment, while your medication subscription covers the treatment itself. We're continuously adding member benefits.

Your first month of Care Plan is free.

Starting in Month 2, the Care Plan renews automatically at ₱599 every 30 days unless you pause or cancel it. Because it's included with your subscription from the start, the ₱599 charge begins automatically after your free month ends.

If a ₱599 charge surprised you, it's most likely your Care Plan renewing after the free first month. You're in control: go to Account → Care Plan → Manage at andyou.ph to pause or cancel — cancelling stops future billing. If you'd like us to look at a charge, email [email protected] and a care partner will review it with you.

Yes. Every &you subscription automatically includes the Care Plan, so you're enrolled from the moment you subscribe as stated in the Checkout Terms and Conditions. Your first month is free, and the ₱599 monthly charge only begins in Month 2.

No. They're two separate services.

Your medication subscription covers your prescribed treatment and monthly medication deliveries. You're rebilled monthly, then log into your account to confirm each shipment.

Your Care Plan provides ongoing doctor access, member benefits, and platform features. It bills automatically every 30 days with no confirmation needed.

Because they're separate, they have separate billing cycles. Your Care Plan renewal date may differ from your medication billing date. They're managed independently in your account. Cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other.

Log into your account at andyou.ph, go to Account → Care Plan → Manage. From there you can manage your Care Plan.
