How Do I Reorder My Medication?

Reordering your medication is easy through your &you account.

No need to retake quizzes or surveys, just follow the simple reordering steps outlined below.

You don't need to reorder. Your subscription renews automatically each month, so your next supply is already lined up.

On your renewal date, you're rebilled automatically. You then log into your account to confirm your shipment and choose your delivery date. Once you confirm, your order is prepared and dispatched.

Want your medication sooner? Change your delivery date in your account and don't place a new order. Placing a separate order creates a duplicate, and duplicate orders are credited to your account as store credit rather than shipped as an extra supply.

To manage your subscription, go to www.andyou.ph/account, log in, and open your Subscription tab.

You can reorder anytime through your account:

1. Go to www.andyou.ph/account and log in with your email

2. Find your previous order

3. Click the reorder option

4. Confirm your delivery address and payment

5. Complete checkout

Alternatively, contact our customer support team and we can send a payment invoice directly to you for your next supply.

For one time purchases, you typically won't need another full consultation.

For subscriptions needing a dosage adjustment or have new health concerns, we encourage you to book a follow-up consultation first.

Reordering doesn't require retaking any quizzes or surveys.

We recommend confirming your shipment (subscription) immediately to allow time for processing and delivery so you don't have a gap in your treatment.

If you need to change your medication or dosage, message your medical team through your account. They'll advise whether a new consultation is needed and help adjust your treatment plan. For subscriptions, any dosage change should be arranged before your order is confirmed, once confirmed, your medication is prepared at your current dose.
