How does subscription billing work?

Here's how billing works for your &you subscription, depending on your payment method and where you are in your treatment.

Your first month

Credit card (subscriptions): We place an authorization hold on your card when you check out. This is not a charge, it's a temporary hold that reserves the amount. The hold converts to an actual charge only after your consultation is complete and your prescription is approved. If your order is cancelled or not approved, the hold is released back to your account.

Some banks don't show a separate "on hold" status, so the hold may appear on your card as though it were an actual charge. If your order is cancelled or not approved, the hold is voided and should drop off and it will not appear as a completed charge on your billing statement. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the voided hold to disappear.

GCash: Your payment is debited immediately when you place your order. There is a 2% service fee for GCash subscription payments.

After your doctor approves your prescription, your medication is prepared and shipped.

Monthly rebills (2nd month onwards)

Starting from your second month, your subscription renews automatically. Here's how it works:

1. You're charged on your renewal date. Your payment method is billed automatically for the next cycle.

2. Log in to confirm your shipment. After you're rebilled, log into your account page to confirm your shipment and choose your preferred delivery date.

3. Your medication is prepared and shipped once you confirm.

Important: Your medication won't ship until you confirm. If you need to make changes (dosage, delivery date), do so before confirming your shipment.

Want your next month’s treatment earlier?

If you want to move up your next month’s subscription or receive your medication sooner, change your delivery date, don't place a new order. You can adjust the date by rescheduling your next order’s delivery.

Please avoid reordering to get your medication faster. Placing a separate order while your subscription is active can result in multiple orders and duplicate charges.

If you're charged more than once for the same treatment, whether from a duplicate order or a renewal you didn't confirm, we don't refund the extra payment. It'll be credited as store credit or towards your next treatment cycle and applied to your next shipment, which we'll mark as paid.

If your payment fails

If your payment fails on your renewal date, your shipment will not be processed. Log into your account to update your payment method, then complete the payment to continue your subscription. Nothing will ship until your payment is successful.

Care Plan billing

Your Care Plan (₱599) bills separately every 30 days, starting in Month 2. It has its own billing cycle, which may be a different date than your medication subscription.

Updating your payment method

Log into your account at andyou.ph to update your payment details anytime. Make sure to update before your renewal date if your card is expiring or you want to switch payment methods.

What if I'm charged but don't confirm my shipment?

Renewal charges continue on their normal schedule even if you haven't confirmed a previous shipment. Any month you're charged but don't confirm isn't refunded, the payment is held as credit and applied to your next confirmed shipment.

For example: you receive Month 1. In Month 2 you're charged but don't confirm, so nothing ships. In Month 3 you're charged again and still don't confirm. We won't refund Month 2, it stays as credit. When you confirm, we ship and apply your earliest paid cycle. The same holds for Month 4, 5, and beyond.
