What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We offer several convenient payment options.

Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard)

When you subscribe with a credit card, we place an authorization hold on your card. This is not a charge — it's a temporary hold that reserves the amount.

The hold converts to a charge only after your consultation is complete and your prescription is approved. If your order is cancelled, the hold is released back to your account.

You may see the hold as a pending transaction on your card. This is normal — it will not appear on your final billing statement unless the payment is captured.

GCash

GCash subscription payments are debited immediately when you place your order.

There is a 2% service fee for GCash subscription payments. This fee is added at checkout.

All one-time purchases, whether by credit card, debit card, GCash, Direct Debit, QRPH & BillEase, are charged immediately at checkout.

Starting from your second month, your subscription renews automatically on your renewal date using your saved payment method. After you're rebilled, log into your account to confirm your shipment, your medication won't ship until you confirm.

If a payment fails on your renewal date, your shipment will not be processed. Log into your account to update your payment method, then complete the payment. Nothing will ship until your payment goes through successfully.
