Tracking Link Missing/ Not Working

How to track manually: get tracking number from your account, then check directly on courier website

If your tracking link isn't working or you can't find your tracking information, here's what to check.

First, check your order status

Log in to your account at www.andyou.ph/account and go to your Orders page to find your tracking information.

If you don't see a tracking number yet

Make sure you've completed your consultation first—orders can only be processed after your doctor has approved your prescription.

If you've already finished your consultation, or you're a returning customer placing a refill order, we typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. If there's no update after this time, please contact us immediately so we can look into it.

If your tracking shows only "LBC" or "JRS" or "JT"

This means your order has been handed over to the courier, but the tracking number hasn't been assigned yet. Expect the tracking number to appear within 1 business day.

If you have a tracking number but the link isn't working

Try checking directly on the courier's website instead:

  • LBC Express: lbcexpress.com

  • JRS Express: jrs-express.com

  • J&T Express: jtexpress.ph

Enter your tracking number manually on their site to see your delivery status.

Still having trouble?

If your tracking number still isn't working after 24-48 hours, contact us through your account or email [email protected] with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier for you.
