My Package Is Delayed

What to check first, common delay reasons, and when to contact us for courier follow-up.

If your package has shipped but is taking longer than expected, here's what you can do.

Check your tracking first

  1. Log in to your account or check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number

  2. Go to the courier's website (lbcexpress.com or jrs-express.com or jtexpress.ph)

  3. Enter your tracking number to see the latest status

Common reasons for delivery delays

  • High courier volume

  • Weather conditions affecting transport

  • Remote delivery location

  • Failed delivery attempt (you weren't home or you can't be reached)

  • Package held at courier branch for pickup

If tracking shows "In Transit" for several days

The package is moving through the courier network. Tracking may not update at every stop. Allow 1-2 additional days before contacting us.

If tracking shows no movement for 3+ days

We monitor all orders daily and closely communicate with our courier partners. Contact us if there has consistently been no movement.

If tracking shows "Failed Delivery"

The courier attempted delivery but couldn't complete it. Please ensure that the details you've provided are correct including:

  • Correct Address with Barangay

  • Correct Phone Number (Philippines mobile)

About your medication

If your package was not cold upon arrival and the ice pack was melted, there is no need to worry. The medication is shelf-stable and remains effective even if it has warmed during transit. It can tolerate temperatures up to 35°C for 4 days and up to 25°C for 15 days without impacting its efficacy.

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details.
