&amp;you delivers medication across the Philippines through trusted delivery partners.

Metro Manila and nearby areas: many orders are delivered by our delivery rider network. Nationwide: orders are shipped via J&amp;T Express. We select the delivery method based on your location so your medication arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

Log in to your account at andyou.ph/account and open Orders → Order Details — your live order status appears there. For J&amp;T Express shipments, you can also track directly at jtexpress.ph using your tracking number.

Someone should be available to receive the package, and the courier may call the mobile number on your order to coordinate. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at the nearest branch for pickup.

Cold-chain medication is packed with an ice pack and insulated pouch and stays stable for up to 5 days in transit. If your delivery ever takes longer than 5 days from dispatch, contact us — we'll replace it for free.
