Once your order ships, you can track its progress using your tracking number.
To find your tracking number
Log in to your account at www.andyou.ph/account
Go to your Orders page
Find your order and note the tracking number
If you don't see a tracking number yet
First, make sure you've completed your consultation, orders can only be processed after your doctor has approved your prescription.
If you've already finished your consultation, or you're a returning customer placing a refill order, we typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. If there's no update after this time, please contact us immediately so we can look into it.
If your tracking starts with "IN-xxxx", "SD-xxxx" or "MS-xxxx"
This means your order is being handled by GrabExpress. You may go to GrabExpress Tracking and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates.
If your tracking shows only "LBC" or "JRS" or "JT"
This means your order has been handed over to the courier, but the tracking number hasn't been assigned yet. Expect the tracking number to appear within 1 business day
To check your tracking status
You'll need to visit the courier's website directly to see your package status:
For Grab: Go to GrabExpress Tracking and enter your tracking number
For LBC: Go to lbcexpress.com and enter your tracking number
For JRS Express: Go to jrs-express.com and enter your tracking number
For J&T Express: Go to jtexpress.ph and enter your tracking number

Metro Manila: 1-2 business days
Outside Metro Manila: 4-6 business days
Tracking not updating?
Courier tracking systems may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 days, please contact us. We do not process any orders on Sundays.
