How to submit a refund request and what information to include.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, here's how to request one.

To request a refund

Email us at [email protected] or message us on our social media channels.

Include in your request

  • Your order number

  • Reason for your refund request

  • Any supporting details or photos (if applicable)

What happens next

We'll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with:

  • Approval and next steps, or

  • Explanation if your request doesn't qualify, or

  • Follow-up questions if we need more information

If your refund is approved

We'll ask for your preferred refund method:

  • Bank transfer: Your full name and bank account number

  • GCash or Maya: Your full name and account number or registered phone number

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once we receive your details.

Refund eligibility reminder

  • Before consultation: Full refund available

  • Prescription not approved: Full refund automatic

  • After prescription approval: Generally not refundable

  • After delivery: Not refundable unless product defect
