My Payment Failed

Common reasons for failed payments (insufficient balance, blocked card, OTP issues) and how to resolve them.

If your payment didn't go through, here are common reasons and solutions.

Common reasons for failed payments

  • Insufficient balance: Check that your card, GCash, or Maya has enough funds.

  • Card blocked for online transactions: Some banks require you to enable online or international transactions. Contact your bank.

  • Incorrect details: Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.

  • OTP not completed: Make sure you completed the one-time password verification sent by your bank. If you don't receive a OTP, please ensure that you're located with a strong network connection.

  • Session timeout: If you took too long, the session may have expired. Try again.

  • Bank security block: Your bank may have flagged the transaction. Contact them to approve it.
