Steps to report damaged packaging or medication, and how we'll arrange a replacement.

What to do

  • Inspect the contents carefully for any damage to the medication vial

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and any affected items

  • Contact us immediately through your account or email [email protected]

Do NOT use the medication if

  • The vial is cracked, broken, or leaking

  • The medication has been exposed or contaminated

  • The seal appears tampered with

What to include in your message

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the medication vial (show any damage clearly)

  • Description of the damage

What happens next

  • Once we assess the damage, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement if the medication is compromised

  • Coordinate with the courier regarding the damage

  • Follow up with you on next steps
