Before reaching out, let's make sure you received the wrong item. The labels on our vials can be confusing at first glance so here's how to read them correctly.
How to read your vial label
Our labels show the concentration per mL and the total volume. To find the total strength, multiply these together.
What your label says | What it means | Total strength |
SEMA 2MG/B12 400 MCG PER ML INJ SOLN 2ML | 2mg per mL × 2mL | Semaglutide 4mg |
SEMA 4MG/B12 800 MCG PER ML INJ SOLN 2ML | 4mg per mL × 2mL | Semaglutide 8mg |
TIRZEPATIDE 25MG/ML INJ SOLN 2ML | 25mg per mL × 2mL | Tirzepatide 50mg |
TIRZEPATIDE 25MG/ML INJ SOLN 3ML | 25mg per mL × 3mL | Tirzepatide 75mg |
Example: If your label says "SEMA 2MG/B12 400 MCG PER ML INJ SOLN 2ML" — this is your Semaglutide 4mg vial. The "2MG PER ML" refers to the concentration, not the total amount. Multiply 2mg × 2mL to get 4mg total.
