What to Expect When You Receive Your Order
Here's what's inside your &you package and what to do when it arrives.
What's in your package
Your order will arrive in plain, discreet packaging. The contents depend on your treatment:
Weight Management
Your medication
Syringes and needles
Alcohol swabs
Ice pack (to keep medication cool during transit)
With the 4-week plans, you won’t find a vial or extra syringes in your package as the medication is already pre-dosed as requested.
Hair Regrowth/ Sexual Health
Your medication (serum, spray, or pill depending on your prescription)
About the extra syringes (Weight Management only)
You may notice that we've included more syringes than the number of doses in your treatment cycle. This is intentional, we pack extra syringes as a safety measure in case one is dropped, damaged, or has any issues during use.
The extra syringes don't mean there's an error with your dosing or that you should take more medication than prescribed. Simply follow your doctor's prescribed dosing schedule and keep the extras on hand just in case.
When you receive your package
Step 1: Store your medication properly.
Weight Management: Refrigerate your medication vial (2-8°C) as soon as you receive it. Even if the ice pack has melted, your medication is safe—it can tolerate temperatures up to 35°C for 4 days and up to 25°C for 15 days without impacting its efficacy.
The black pouch, ice pack, alcohol pads, and empty syringes do not need to be placed in the refrigerator - only the medication.
Hair Regrowth & Sexual Health: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Step 2: Inspect your items. Check that all items are present and undamaged.
How to read your label:
SEMA 2MG/B12 400 MCG PER ML INJ SOLN 2ML = Semaglutide 4mg (The vial contains 2mL of liquid, and each 1mL contains 2mg of Semaglutide. This means that 2mg per mL multiplied by 2mL equals 4mg in total.)
SEMA 4MG/B12 800 MCG PER ML INJ SOLN 2ML = Semaglutide 8mg (The vial contains 2mL of liquid, and each 1mL contains 2mg of Semaglutide. This means that 4mg per mL multiplied by 2mL equals 8mg in total.)
TIRZEPATIDE 25MG/ML INJ SOLN 2ML = Tirzepatide 50mg (The vial contains 2mL of liquid, and each 1mL contains 25mg of Tirzepatide. This means that 25mg per mL multiplied by 2mL equals 50mg in total.)
TIRZEPATIDE 25MG/ML INJ SOLN 3ML = Tirzepatide 75mg (The vial contains 3mL of liquid, and each 1mL contains 25mg of Tirzepatide. This means that 25mg per mL multiplied by 3mL equals 75mg in total.)

Check your medication
Before each use, make sure your medication:
Looks normal (no discoloration, cloudiness, or particles)
Has no damage to the packaging or container
Has been stored properly
Something missing or damaged?
