To find your product guide
Log in to your account at www.andyou.ph/account
Go to your Orders page
Find your order—your product guide should be available there
If you can't see your order
Make sure you're logging in with the same email address you used to place your order. If you used a different email, your order won't appear in your account.
Try logging in again with the correct email. If you're unsure which email you used, check your inbox for your order confirmation, it will show which email address is linked to your order.
If your order is there but the product guide is missing
This usually means you've just received your treatment and your account may not have synced yet. Please contact us through your account or email [email protected] with your order number, and we'll update your account so you can access your product guide.
