Payment Keeps Failing

Solutions for payment issues: check balance, enable online transactions, verify card details, complete OTP.

If your payment won't go through, here are solutions to try.

Check these first

  • Sufficient balance: Make sure your card or e-wallet has enough funds

  • Card enabled for online purchases: Some banks block online transactions by default. Contact your bank to enable.

  • Correct details: Double-check card number, expiry date, and CVV

  • OTP received: Complete the one-time password verification from your bank

Try these solutions

  • Wait and try again. Sometimes temporary bank issues resolve quickly.

  • Use a different payment method. Try GCash, Maya, or a different card.

  • Contact your bank. They may have blocked the transaction and can approve it.

  • Try a different browser or device. Sometimes technical issues are browser-specific.

Common error messages

"Transaction declined": Usually means your bank blocked it. Contact your bank.

"Session expired": You took too long. Refresh and try again quickly.

"Invalid card": Check your card details are entered correctly.
